Used bitdefender for 5+ years, always use these keys rather than buying direct. Much cheaper even after the discounts bitdefender offers, plus one less autorenewing subscription to worry about.Product itself is effective, no significant performance impact, fewer false positives than Microsoft’s built it windows defender, never has any compatibility issues with other programs, VPNs, or game anti cheat engines. Decent interface and relatively easy to use. Recommend.

I’ve been using kaspasky internet security for the past 10 years now but unfortunately this has been banned due to circumstances beyond our control so I had to look for a different internet security software for both my phone and PC. I did a bit of research and according to PC mag bitdefender came top of the internet security software 2024. So I downloaded the free version to try it out for 30 days before buying the subscription. I found out that even though it does the job pretty good in stopping viruses malware Trojan horses and other computer aided viruses it’s not as good as kaspasky internet security software. Bitdefender doesn’t stop adware and pop-ups like Kaspersky does even though I have raised my concerns to bitdefender customer services which surprisingly got back to me very quickly and hopefully they would discuss this in their IT meetings .for now I have had to download a adblocker on my pc to combat this. Just like with kaspasky you do get 200mb per day of free VPN.. which unfortunately is very little so I would advise in either purchasing or free downloading a VPN. The user interface of the bitdefender is pretty straightforward on both pc and phone. And works silently in the background unfortunately on the phone you cannot manually update the virus deflections this again has been raised with bitdefender customer services the photos are from the phone bitdefender app not the pc app which has a slightly different layout

I did a lot of research and installed Bitdefender Total Security on my Android phone and home PC.User if for a while with the trial period before I buy the 1-year license. It’s worth spending the money as it gives me peace of mind.Not sure if the VPN options are worth it as they’re limited to 25 MB/day. I like the fact that it scans all my files, including the one I download.The code is inside the file; just need to download the application, create an account, and enter the code to activate it.I did not notice any slowness or performance issues after installing. Highly recommend it.
